Yearling Sale - Schedule of Pre-Sale Dates
February 15
Deadline for submission of yearlings for review.
April 4
 Entry Blanks sent to yearling consignors for yearlings accepted for the Sale.
May 15
 Yearling Stakes Payments are due.
June 20
 All yearlings must be DNA tested. Signed entry blanks, Stakes Engagements, signed Registration Certificates, and DNA letters from USTA or Standardbred Canada are due.
Early August
 Consignors receive a copy of yearling pedigrees with Stakes Engagements for their review and update.
August 14
 Blood can now be drawn for Coggins Tests for Harrisburg yearlings.
August 17
 Yearling pedigree updates and/or corrections are due.
Sept. 12
 Black Book #1 is available.
October 4
Halter tags distributed, showing horses' locations at the PA Farm Show Complex. Please use tags when shipping in.
October 29

Signed Registration Certificate, DNA letter from USTA or Standardbred Canada, and Coggins test dated after August 14 MUST be on file. A penalty charge of $25 per document per day may be assessed to the Consignor for documents not on file by this date.

Please note that the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has made it abundantly clear that no horse(s) will be allowed to enter the PA Farm Show Complex without a current Health Certificate and valid coggins test on file.
This requirement will be STRICTLY enforced.
October 26

October 31

Mixed Sale - Schedule of Pre-Sale Dates
July 23 Entry Blanks sent to mixed consignors.
July Reminder that all weanlings and yearlings need to be DNA tested and registered with the USTA or Standardbred Canada.
August Signed entry blanks, a list of stakes engagements must be submitted for yearlings, weanlings (Futurities) and racehorses to be included in the catalog. Signed Registration Certificates and Mating Certificates must be submitted for in foal Broodmares. No in foal Broodmare will be sold without a mating certificate.
August 14 Blood can now be drawn for Coggins Tests for Harrisburg Sale.
August 31 MIXED SALE CLOSES.
September 12 Statements for the Mixed Sale are due from Consignors.
